Requirements, Guidelines & Details for Private Events
· We will are available to host your Private Parties on Mondays & Tuesdays from
6p.m.–10 p.m.
· All Private Bookings MUST have NO LESS than 20 and NO MORE than 30 Guests. (Due to our small, quaint space, this capacity allows us to host each one of our parties comfortably without having to compromise space, the room’s temperature, and above all safety.)
·-Send us an email to citymarketbistronsb@gmail.com providing the following details:
- Subject Line should be formatted as follows: Type of Party/Company Name/Desired Date
- Let us know who YOU are, the purpose of your event & a phone number for the person responsible for the booking.
- Desired date for your event.
- Number of Guests you will be expecting.
- Your Menu Preference ( Family Style, Buffet or Plated)
- List Food Allergies, Restrictions, or Special Requests if any.
· Allow us at least 48 hours to reply to your inquiry. Once your inquiry has been approved, we will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment to review and finalize Menu options.
· After the Menu has been approved, we will provide you with a contract to seal the deal and collect a 25% Non-Refundable Deposit according to the price quoted for your event.
Don’t Have Enough Guests to Book a Private Party? Consider these other options…
Small parties of 6-12 people for Luncheons or Dinners during regular business hours. Order from our regular menu or take advantage of our daily/nightly specials. We will NOT be designing any special menus for reservations however we’re willing to accommodate any dietary or allergy restrictions, if possible.
Luncheons Reservations are available Wednesday-Saturday between the hours of 11:30a.m.-3:00p.m.
Dinner Reservations are available Wednesday-Saturday between the hours of 4p.m.-9p.m.

- Tell us who you are? Purpose of your event?
- Provide a Phone Number and Name of the person to contact and confirm.
- Number of Guests
- Desired date for your reservation.
· Allow us at least 48 hours to reply to your inquiry.
· Once approved you will need to provide us with a $100 Non-Refundable Deposit to secure your reservation’s date. This deposit will go towards the final amount of your party’s final bill.
